Description
Reviews from David & Anita:
The February 2021 harvest:
A darker, more intense honey with sharp acidic notes reminiscent of burnt toffee. If you think hard enough you’ll create thoughts of leather, black licorice and green capsicum. You can’t make this stuff up!
The January 2021 harvest:
Think classic sandwich honey or drizzled on pancakes; clean, amber orange and lingering sweetness.
